We’re gearing down into the time of holiday releases soon, a true desert where there are next to no new releases to hang your hat on, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have a couple good weeks in front of us before. This week we have the long anticipated solo record from My Morning Jacket frontman Jim James, it’s soulful and lovely in a simultaneously unexpected and totally expected way.
